§ 6-39.1. Late charge.

In the event any person who is required to obtain a license pursuant to the provisions of this division fails to obtain such a license within the prescribed time period, such person shall pay a late charge of an amount that is equal to the amount of the applicable fee required to obtain the license under section 6-39; provided, however, that the licensing authority is authorized to waive any late charges when, in its sole and absolute discretion, the licensing authority deems appropriate.
