Ord. No. 2629, sections 1 through 36, adopted September 9, 1991, enacted new provisions for articles II and III, and section 37 of the aforesaid ordinance repealed former sections 6-16 through 6-76 which derived from the Code of 1964, ch. 4; Ord. No. 2162, adopted March 23, 1981; Ord. No. 2202, adopted June 28, 1982; and Ord. No. 2383, adopted September 23, 1985. Provisions for cats were added.
