§ 5-52. Location of lottery machines.

Whenever any lottery machines are located within a building where other merchandise is sold or other forms of business are conducted which are open to the public, such lottery machines shall be placed in an area separated from the general public access. Separation shall be by partition or other method with access to the lottery machine area controlled from general public view and usage.
