§ 5-53. Penalty for violation.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine not exceeding $500.00. Any person or licensee who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, in addition to the above specified penalty, be subject to having the lottery machines removed from his place of business.
