§ 5-51. Minimum playing age specified; owner's responsibilities.

No person under the age of 18 years of age shall play any bingo game or participate in any way in any lottery, raffle or lottery by the sale of pickle cards. The owner, proprietor, or licensee of any place of business which any form of lottery is played or offered for play shall take necessary precautions to prohibit the playing of lotteries by persons under 18 years of age, and shall be equally responsible for prohibiting unauthorized persons from playing lotteries.
