§ 27-196. Adopted.

The International Mechanical Code, 2009 Edition, published by the International Code Council, Inc. is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this division as though set out in full herein; provided that whenever any provisions of the International Mechanical Code conflict with the provisions of the City Code or any other City ordinance, the provisions of the City Code or such City ordinance shall govern. Three copies the International Mechanical Code, 2009 Edition, are on file in the office of the Permits and Inspections Department and shall there remain for public use and inspection.
