§ 18-132. Regulation; hearing.

Any platted street or roadway connecting with Payne Drive from any point or intersection shall be prohibited without the prior permission specifically granted by the city council. Such permission shall not be given by the city council until after a public hearing shall be held at a regular or special council meeting. Notice of the date of such hearing shall be given at least one week prior to the date of the hearing.
