§ 20-11. Maintaining a nuisance.

Except as permitted by state statutes or other provisions of this Code, it shall be unlawful for any owner, agent, occupant, tenant or person in charge or control of any real property located within the city's zoning jurisdiction to permit any nuisance as set forth in chapter 19 of this Code to remain or exist on such real property.
