§ 20-12. Noncompliance with zoning regulations.

Except as permitted by state statutes or other provisions of this Code, it shall be unlawful for any owner, agent, occupant, tenant or person in charge or control of any real property located within the city's zoning jurisdiction to use such real property in any manner that is not expressly permitted by the city's zoning regulations.
