§ 20-10. Disturbing the peace.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful to disturb the peace and good order of the city:
(1)

By engaging in fighting or in violent, tumultuous, or threatening behavior; or

(2)

By making clamor or noise; or

(3)

By intoxication or public drunkenness; or

(4)

By using obscene or profane language in the streets or other public places; or

(5)

By lewd and lascivious behavior; or

(6)

By otherwise engaging in indecent and disorderly conduct.
