§ 18-96. Parking of petroleum or chemical transport trucks.
Latest version.
It shall be unlawful for the operator of any petroleum or chemical transport truck, whether loaded or unloaded, to park or leave such truck standing within 200 feet of any school, hospital, church or building, any portion of which is used for dwelling purposes except while loading and unloading.
