§ 18-95. Parking of trucks.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to park a truck, semi-trailer, tractor, or truck tractor with a five-ton license certificate or plate and which exceeds eight feet in width or twenty-one (21) feet in length on any street within the city except for that period of time necessary for loading and unloading, delivery or collection of goods, wares and merchandise. In no event shall this period of time exceed two hours.

    (b)

    Subsection (a) shall not apply to trucks or motor vehicles being used within the city in connection with construction, repair, service or moving operations.
