§ 13-82. Dumping other than in sanitary landfills.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use any land, premises or property within the city or within two miles of the city limits for the disposal of any garbage and refuse or garbage or refuse except by means of sanitary landfill; provided, this section is not intended to prohibit the use of a garbage disposal system located in residences or businesses for the purpose of disposing garbage originating on such premises.
