§ 8-131. License required; examination.

(a)

License requirement. It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the building construction business as a building contractor, as defined herein, in the city or within the two-mile jurisdiction of the city, without having first secured a license to do so from the Permits and Inspections Department.
