§ 8-82. Application.

Before a house mover's permit is issued to any applicant, such applicant shall submit an application to the Permits and Inspections Department on such form or forms as the Building Official of the division shall prescribe, type of equipment and any other relevant data pertaining to the applicant's ability to be a house mover and to properly perform the work of a house mover.
