§ 8.5-1. Establishment.

The mayor and council find it necessary for the promotion and maintenance of the welfare and general interests of the city, its trade, commerce and inhabitants that the city establish the Bellevue Business Improvement District and collect a license and occupation tax to develop the public facilities in the district area. Thus, there is hereby created and established the Bellevue Business Improvement District of the City.
