§ 4-38. Declaration of nuisance; abatement.

Any place where alcoholic liquor is sold in violation of the provisions of the state liquor control act or of this chapter is hereby defined to be a nuisance and may be abated and suppressed after charges are made by the council and a hearing had thereon, pursuant to reasonable notice by registered or certified mail to the parties charged with maintaining such nuisance.
