§ 4-3. Right of entry of police to licensed premises.

  • All police officers of the city are authorized to enter at any time upon any premises of any licensee under the liquor control act of the state to determine whether any of the provisions of such act or this chapter, or any rules or regulations adopted by the city or by the state liquor control commission have been or are being violated and at such time to examine sufficiently the premises of such licensee in connection therewith.
