§ 30-144. Same—Annual review of rates.

No later than April 1st of each calendar year, the city administrator and the superintendent of the wastewater treatment facilities shall initiate a review of the sewer service charges to make sure the revenue is adequate for the requirements of the bond ordinance and to provide for operation, maintenance and equipment replacement for the sewerage system. No later than July 1st of each calendar year, the city administrator and superintendent of the wastewater treatment facilities shall recommend to the city council any ordinance revisions necessary to assure such adequacy of sewer revenue for the succeeding fiscal year.
