§ 2-243. Members' term of office.

Latest version.

The term of office of the members appointed to the civil service commission shall be five years, except that the first five members appointed pursuant hereto shall be appointed for different terms as follows: One for one year; one for two years; one for three years; one for four years; one for five years. Reappointments are for five-year periods.
