§ 29.5-20. Same—Maintenance prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for each and every owner, agent, occupant, tenant or person in possession, charge or control of any lot or ground located within the city's zoning jurisdiction to permit any nuisance coming under the provisions of this chapter to remain or exist on such lot or ground.
