§ 28-175. Construction.

(a)
If the request is approved by the city council, the planning department shall provide the appropriate information regarding the commemorative street or public facility name to the Sarpy County Geographic Information Systems Department (GIS) for input into its system.
(b)
A street's official numerical designation or other certified name shall be used, not the commemorative name.
(c)
The cost of making and installing appropriate plaques or signs designating the commemorative name shall be paid for by the original requestors.
