§ 27-270. Bond, certificate of insurance required, contractors license.

Prior to receiving a license under the provisions of this article, those individuals requesting a water conditioning contractor license shall furnish to the Permits and Inspections Department, a certificate of insurance which provides combined coverage for bodily injury and property damage in the minimum amount of $300,000.00 and shall strictly comply with this code and other ordinances of the city relating to the installation, alteration, repair or relocation of any water conditioning appliance within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the city.
