§ 27-174. Certificate of insurance required, contractor's license.

Prior to receiving a license, an applicant who has successfully passed the contractor's examination shall furnish a certificate of insurance which provides combined coverage for bodily injury and property damage in a minimum amount of $300,000.00, and shall strictly comply with this Code and any other ordinances of the city relating to the installation, alteration, or repair of any lawn sprinkler system within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the city.
