§ 27-26. License required; examination.

License requirement. It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the plumbing business as a master or contracting plumber in the city and the two-mile zoning jurisdiction, without having first secured a license to do so from the Permits and Inspections Department. For purposes of chapter 27, the areas within the city and within the two-mile zoning jurisdiction of the city shall be collectively referred to as the "jurisdiction of the city."
