§ 21-3. Cutting, injuring, etc., trees, shrubs, etc.

No person except employees in the course of their work shall cut, break, mutilate, injure or carry away any tree, shrub, plant or flower (wild or cultivated) or any other personal or real property of any nature in, upon or belonging to any parks, playgrounds or boulevards in the city or under its control, or in any street, avenue or highway, in or adjacent to or around same.
