§ 20-14. Public urination or defecation prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate, or attempt to urinate or defecate, on any public street, sidewalk, alley, park, or any other place open to the public view within the city. This section shall not apply to any person using a toilet, urinal or commode located in a restroom, bathroom or other temporary or permanent structure designated for such use that is enclosed from public view.
