§ 2.5-5. Investigation of application.

(A)

Upon receipt of a copy of an application for a sexually oriented business license, the chief of police or designee shall conduct an investigation of the applicant and application including a location inspection and shall issue an investigation report.

(B)

The chief of police or designee shall forward a copy of the application and investigation report to the building inspector and the building inspector shall inspect the location.
