§ 19-100. Purpose.

The purpose of this article is to define a disorderly house, to control the utilization of buildings, structures, or other places within the City of Bellevue, Sarpy County, Nebraska, as disorderly houses, to establish a penalty for violating said regulations, all to protect and promote the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizenry of the city.
