 Chapter 18. MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC
 Article I. IN GENERAL

  § 18-12. Speed.

  • (a)

    Speed limit zones shall be established by the city council.

    (b)

    Pursuant to this section and Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 60-6, 186, 60-6, 190, and 16-246, there is hereby created a speed limit zone on Cornhusker Road from 36th Street east to S.P. Benson Drive. It shall be unlawful to operate a motor vehicle in excess of 45 miles per hour in such speed limit zone.

    (c)

    Pursuant to this section and Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 60-6, 186, 60-6, 190, and 16-246, there is hereby created a speed limit zone on Arboretum Drive from Fort Crook Road south to Highway 370. It shall be unlawful to operate a motor vehicle in excess of 25 miles per hour in such speed limit zone.

    (d)

    Pursuant to this section and Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 60-6, 186, 60-6, 190, and 16-246, there is hereby created a speed limit zone on Twin Creek Drive from 36th Street to 42nd Street. It shall be unlawful to operate a motor vehicle in excess of 25 miles per hour in such speed limit zone.
