§ 15-211. Established; composition; terms; chairman.

There is hereby established the Bellevue Fair Housing Commission (the "commission"), to consist of five members to be appointed by the mayor. Terms of members shall be three years. As the terms of the members expire, the mayor shall appoint or reappoint the members of the commission for a term of three years to succeed the members whose terms expire. The commission shall elect one member to serve as chairman.
