Division 1. GENERALLY |
§ 12-57. Definition.
For the purposes of this article, the words "permissible fireworks" shall mean only sparklers, vesuvius fountains, spray fountains, torches, color fire cones, star and comet-type color aerial shells without explosive charge for the purpose of making a noise, lady fingers, not to exceed seven-eighths (7/8) of an inch in length or one-eighth (1/8) inch in diameter, total pyrotechnic composition not to exceed one-half (½) grain each in weight, color wheels and any other fireworks approved under the provisions of section 28-1247, R.R.S., Nebraska, 1943.
